What does a "No Sweat" intro session involve?

A “No Sweat” session includes two private personal training sessions with Robynn. In these sessions, we’ll cover basic movement patterns, allowing me to assess your abilities while we work together to learn and improve movement patterns. We’ll also discuss personalized training options to help you achieve your goals.

How do ongoing sessions work?

Your plan is fully customized to fit your goals, schedule, and training preferences. Most clients commit to 8 sessions/month, with an approximate cost of $419/month.

What should I wear or bring?

Wear comfortable clothing, clean indoor running shoes, and bring a water bottle. A mix of excitement and nerves is natural—our goal is to help you feel comfortable during this transition.

How long are the sessions?

Each session is 60 minutes. Morning sessions start on the hour, while afternoon and evening sessions begin on the half-hour.

Do I need a partner to join semi-private sessions?

No partner is necessary! We can coordinate options within the existing schedule to find the best fit for you.

I work shifts and have a rotating schedule. Can this work for me?

Absolutely! Many of our clients work shift schedules. Together, we’ll create a rotational workout plan that fits your changing routine while prioritizing your life balance.

Can I combine studio and home workouts?

Yes! We offer a hybrid option: in-studio personalized workouts paired with video-guided home workouts for added flexibility and increased frequency.

I travel for work. Can I still commit?

Yes! We can create a flexible workout calendar to accommodate your travel schedule. Staying consistent, even while traveling, is key.

Is nutritional support available?

Yes! Nutritional support is offered as an add-on to your training program. For more details, visit the Nutrition tab or schedule a consultation to discuss your goals.

I’ve tried fitness programs before but always quit. Can I make this work?

What if I miss a session?

All sessions are contractual commitments to yourself and your goals. Missed sessions must be rescheduled within 30 days.

Can I pause my membership for vacation?

Yes, you can freeze your membership for 1-4 weeks at a time, up to a maximum of 4 weeks per calendar year if you have a 1-year commitment.
