Take charge of your health with Fork 2 Fit, a dynamic 24-week startup program designed to challenge you mentally and physically. By combining optimized nutrition and tailored exercise, this program helps you achieve transformative results in record time.
What to Expect:
- Personalized Nutrition: Flexibility to create meals using provided grocery lists.
- Measured Progress: Track success through inches lost, energy levels, and improved workout performance.
- Support & Accountability: Weekly check-ins, group workouts, and guidance to keep you on track.
- Commitment & Growth: Transition from weekly sessions to biweekly or monthly meetings as you progress.
This program includes one group workout and nutrition meeting per week, a minimum of four studio workouts, and 1-2 additional independent workouts. A 1-year commitment is required to maximize your success.
